Mbukoni Services provides passenger transport information, luggage and parcel services, loyalty rewards, digital receipts, and related services. Registered users may upload or scan eligible travel receipts to earn loyalty coins.
2Eligibility
To use our loyalty program, you must:

3Loyalty Coins

Loyalty Coin Rules

4Receipt Scanning
When scanning receipts, you agree that:
- Only genuine Mbukoni Services receipts may be submitted.
- Each receipt may only be redeemed once.
- Altered, duplicated, forged, or manipulated receipts will be rejected.
- We may verify receipts using our internal systems.
5User Responsibilities
You agree not to:
- Create multiple accounts for unfair rewards.
- Upload false or misleading information.
- Attempt to interfere with our systems.
- Use automated tools to submit receipts.
- Abuse promotional offers.
Violation of these terms may result in account termination.
6Rewards
Rewards offered through the loyalty program:
- Are subject to availability.

11Loyalty Program Rules
The Mbukoni Loyalty Program is designed to reward passengers for using eligible Mbukoni Services.
Earning Coins
- Scanning eligible travel receipts.
- Booking qualifying trips through our platform.
- Participating in approved promotions and campaigns.
- Completing bonus activities announced by Mbukoni Services.
Coin Allocation
- Loyalty coins are awarded only after successful verification of the submitted receipt.
- Coin values may vary depending on promotions, route, fare amount, or other factors.
- Coins are credited within the timeframe communicated by the platform and may be delayed if additional verification is required.
Reward Redemption
Loyalty coins may be redeemed for rewards including discounted fares, free tickets, parcel service discounts, merchandise, and promotional offers. Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash unless specifically stated.
Expiry of Loyalty Coins
- Loyalty coins remain valid for 24 months from the date they are earned.
- Expired coins cannot be reinstated.
- Promotional bonus coins may have shorter expiry periods.
Referral Program
Where a referral program is offered, users may receive bonus loyalty coins for referring new customers. Referral rewards are only granted when the referred user creates a valid account, completes an eligible trip, and fraud checks have been completed. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, or fraudulent referrals will result in cancellation of rewards.
12Fraud Prevention
Mbukoni Services actively monitors the platform for fraudulent activity. Examples of fraud include:
- Uploading edited receipts.
- Uploading receipts belonging to another person.
- Using the same receipt multiple times.
- Creating multiple accounts.
- Attempting to manipulate loyalty balances.
- Using bots or automated systems.
Where fraud is detected, Mbukoni Services may reject the receipt, remove earned coins, suspend or terminate the account, and report suspected criminal activity to relevant authorities.
13Promotions
Special promotions may be offered periodically. Unless stated otherwise:
- Promotions cannot be combined.
- Promotions may be withdrawn without notice.
- Promotional rewards may have separate conditions.
14Electronic Communications
By creating an account, you consent to receive SMS notifications, email notifications, push notifications, loyalty updates, booking confirmations, and security alerts. You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time, though transactional and security messages will still be sent when necessary.
15Force Majeure
Mbukoni Services shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform obligations caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, internet outages, cyber attacks, power failures, civil unrest, or strikes.
